We invite you to become a vital part of the Technology Transformation team within the Personal & Business Customers (P&BC) COO area at Danske Bank. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to unleash the potential within people and businesses, contributing to impactful change and enable banking sector.

Our team – Business Management & Transformation (BM&T). Business Mgmt. & Transformation in the P&BC COO area consists of four teams with ~25 colleagues in Denmark, Finland and Lithuania. Together, we enable approx. 2,800 employees across the Nordics, Europe and Asia. The P&BC COO area cover business and IT development, operations, and services.

In BM&T, we are developing and supporting tasks and initiatives related to transform, run and organise the organisation, e.g. strategic integration, performance management, implementation of initiatives, as well as advisory and support to leaders and the Head of the organisation.

You will be a part of a new team, where we need to interact, engage and grow together, so it is important that you can both be self-driving, but also in a very high degree, know how to navigate and collaborate in a dynamic team setting.

We are looking for a junior management consultant, with a particular interest in technology transformation, driving technology alignment across organisations and strategic reporting. Who is a team-player, can apply critical-thinking and are motivated to create an impact in Danske Bank.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

Mission

  • Work with the wide tech agenda and support the organisation with delivering on both strategic and operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enable transparency, alignment and data-driven decisioning
  • Help build valuable partnerships across the organisation with our key internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate the team planning and prioritisation activities
  • Support deliveries and activities towards our key stakeholders and ensure effective change management and communication
  • Help our business units navigate the annual and quarterly cycles

Skills

  • Purpose-oriented and excited about unleashing potential through the tasks you do and the relations you build
  • Involve your colleagues to understand and challenge their input, plans, and results – and follow through on deliveries and agreements
  • Are structured and have great planning abilities and understands the basics of waterfall and agile frameworks
  • Navigate changes calmly, re-iterating comes natural for you, and your positive approach invite others to collaborate with you
  • Have a relevant degree and background, e.g. from consultancy, project or operational management or other management offices
  • Are well-versed within the office suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Have advanced communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1480 EUR to 2220 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant - Business Support, Associate.
