As a PMO office for the TTNT, our team is responsible for:

• Single point of entry for the overall Danske Bank Group Strategy reporting
• Ensuring the delivery of the set OKRs & KPIs
• Any ad hoc support in material preparation for both internal & external stakeholders
• Supporting strategic building blocks with standardised programme management practices, documentation & Agile ceremony execution
• Updating & reporting on the financials, benefit realisation
• Aligning across Danske Bank Group on the calculation methods for key deliverables

As a Principal Consultant, you will be working closely with TECH senior leadership & supporting the TTNT PMO lead in driving and developing the unit. You will have full responsibility for specific deliveries. In addition, you will be expected to drive improvements within the unit. Stakeholder management will be one of your key priorities.

Mission

• Support leaders in defining their strategic priorities
• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between areas and coordinate with other units
• Prepare material entailing numerical and contextual information
• Assist in all yearly reporting & management cycle processes
• Drive standard PMO process improvements
• Drive knowledge sharing and engagement inside and outside the strategic building blocks
• Ensure a structured administrative foundation

Your specific areas of responsibility will depend on your qualifications.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business management and/or consulting roles
• Proven experience in collaborating with and managing stakeholders of all seniority levels
• Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and a high inflow of information
• Solid IT skills within MS office
• Self-driven, ambitious, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
• Positive can-do attitude
• English proficiency level: Upper-intermediate and above

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4080 EUR to 6120 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant - Business Support, Principal.
