Mission
- Ensure service delivery for corporate costumers from 7 different countries
- Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in order to provide the best possible customer experience
- Have a close collaboration with advisor teams, provide consultations and optimize solutions for customers
- Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
Skills
- Experience in an operational or administrative role
- Critical mindset and detailed orientation
- Focus on high quality and accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good time management skills
- Continuous learning mindset and a want to improve or challenge processes
- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer – Service Delivery Specialist.
