Task information:

What You’ll Do:

• Initiate, refine and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more;
• Employ sophisticated targeting strategies to engage specific interest groups, behaviors, or demographics; 
• Regularly perform A/B testing and optimize different channels and ad creatives to boost performance;
• Collaborate with a team encompassing all digital disciplines (Social, Search, VOD, Display/Programmatic);
• Design and execute high-budget, complex multi-channel campaigns for a diverse client base;
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, compile campaign results, and generate audits & reports to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement in future campaigns; 
• Proactively work with both internal and external client accounts, offering recommendations and insights to continuously improve online brand performance. 

Requirements:

Your Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience with various paid advertising platforms; 
• Proven ability to plan and manage intricate online campaigns, including A/B testing and diverse digital strategies; 
• Strong digital acumen, with a keen interest in and knowledge of numerous digital tools (SEM, SEO, CRO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and more);
• A collaborative, results-driven approach and fluency in English. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with advertising platforms beyond Meta or Google Ads; 
• Thorough understanding of A/B testing principles and execution; 
• Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio or Whatagraph.
