Join us as an IT Service Delivery Engineer!

Responsibilities in this position:

Ensuring uninterrupted operation of enterprise hardware;
Continuous inspection, maintenance and updates of IT systems and resources;
Consulting on compatibility issues between business customers and internal systems and testing of required configurations;
Finding and implementing innovative solutions for work improvement;
Collaborating with specialized Transcom IT teams and assisting 1st Level Support;
Taking care of day-to-day operations in our office R. Kalantos g. 32, Kaunas.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role/IT field;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Ability to analyze information and make decisions;
Excellent English (at least B2 level) and Lithuanian (native) language skills;
Initiative, openness to innovation and desire to improve.
