IT Lead for Corporate Customers Engagement Tribe
Area
We are looking for an IT Lead for our newly established Corporate Customer Engagement tribe. We will be a tribe that enables Data Driven Advisory, both through Digital Customer Channels and by empowering Business Customer (BC) and Large Corporate & Institutions (LC&I) advisors with Customer Insights in our CRM solution.
We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business and functional specialists, developers, designers, etc. We are a new tribe, so you will be part of building up both the new squads and the tribe as a unit. Your colleagues in the Tribe will be located across Denmark and India, but we collaborate closely with other tribes, who also are scattered across the world.

Mission
- Be integral in the architecture’s definition and in leading the technology agenda.More specifically, you will set the strategic direction with focus on the customer output
- Be enabling Digital/IT across the entire corporate customers engagement value chain. Your business/technology focus will be on the value chain and the banking needs of this segment–e.g., how to enable and support product management, sales & relations management, operations & execution, payments & settlement, risk & compliance, etc
- Provide strategic leadership–not only within own tribe
- Deliver within your own tribe, but also impact the strategic business development at Danske Bank through close collaboration with your SVP peers
- Create a progressive engineering culture in your tribe where IT professionals are empowered to deliver and manage their own development within a supportive
Skills
- Have experience with modern architectural principles, micro services, containerization, multi-cloud, serverless and mobile-first development in a business context. We expect you to also have knowledge of process design and end-to-end customer journey digitalization
- Possess the ability to balance vision, strategy, technology and business requirements, including a holistic approach to architecture and an understanding of the business
- Have a burning desire and willingness to mentor, support, and guide your team members
- Excel in communicating and engaging with people of diverse backgrounds and with different levels of technical insight
- Embrace agile set-ups and being thrown into new situations that may be outside your comfort zone now and then
- Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 7120 EUR to 10680 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Leader of function/area.
