As a PMO office for the TTNT, our team is responsible for:

• Single point of entry for the overall Danske Bank Group Strategy reporting
• Ensuring the delivery of the set OKRs & KPIs
• Any ad hoc support in material preparation for both internal & external stakeholders
• Supporting strategic building blocks with standardised programme management practices, documentation & Agile ceremony execution
• Updating & reporting on the financials, benefit realisation
• Aligning across Danske Bank Group on the calculation methods for key deliverables

As a Senior Analyst, you will be working closely with the strategic building blocks‘ leadership team and acting as their trusted partner, supporting sound and data-driven decision making. You have an overview of deadlines, strategic objectives, and a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the unit and stakeholders outside of the unit.

Mission

• Sustain the monthly financial cycle for the strategic building blocks by planning, forecasting, and monitoring performance against set targets
• Leverage your financial expertise and acumen to serve as a trusted advisor to area leaders, providing incisive analysis, insights, and guidance to drive sound decision-making processes as well as helping to identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure adherence to the monthly TTNT KPI reporting cycle by gathering the data for each delivery & ensuring robust & concise commentary is provided for each of the KPIs
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization through effective communication
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and engagement inside and outside the team
• Ensure a structured administrative foundation

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role within the finance area
• Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and a high inflow of information
• The ability to collaborate with and manage stakeholders across seniority levels
• A friendly and collaborative approach to working across teams and functions
• A self-driven, ambitious, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
• A positive can-do attitude
• Have solid IT skills within MS office
• Upper-Intermediate in English, in both speech and writing

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business Intelligence, Senior.
