Senior Business Analyst in Reports Squad

The Reports Squad processes payments data and builds reports for all the Central Banks and Tax Authorities in the countries where Danske Bank operates. This critical responsibility keeps intact the health of the financial markets, as well as Danske Bank’s ethical payments processes.
Mission
- Perform requirements analysis and ensure data sources and logics for IT applications and reports meet business needs and requirements
- Perform data analysis, create proof of concepts, propose data driven rules and help make business decisions
- Write ad-hoc queries based upon the schema understanding for diverse needs of our business users
- Plan and execute user acceptance, regression and integration testing
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst with focus on exploratory data analysis, modelling, reporting
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills to understand particular data usage, dependencies and relations
- Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases and back-end deliveries
- Experience in an object-oriented programming language (i.e. Python/R/Scala)
- Effective documentation skills with the ability collect, organize and present different information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with regression and integration testing
- Upper-Intermediate skills in spoken and written English
- Work experience in Finance/Banking domain and with SAS / C++ programming is desired but not a requirement

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
