As a Senior Platform Engineer in Core Payments, Infrastructure Team you will be supporting critical 1 system for Danske Bank. You will be an important partner in running the infrastructure ensuring high and latest security levels are deployed, high availability and critical upgrades to the Payments platform environment as well as servicing other critical servers within the responsibility of the Infrastructure Team 24/7. As a member of the Infrastructure team you will take part in planning and implementing software and infrastructure upgrades, analysing and improving performance and reliability of the platform, optimising its operations, implementing and automating monitoring capabilities to provide maximum uptime, performance and reliability.

Mission

• Analyse and improve platform’s performance and reliability
• Design, build and set up tools for deployment, operations and monitoring
• Research, development & deployment of the new platforms & solutions
• Perform access control and data control
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues on test and production environments
• Automate processes, operations and remediation actions

Skills

• Experience with managing Kubernetes, Kafka, and ElasticSearch clusters
• Substantial background in working with cloud-based solutions
• Proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry tech stack solutions
• Experience in deploying and optimizing highly available systems and infrastructure
• Experience with Networking and Linux
• Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD automation is a plus, with GitHub experience being an added advantage
• Advantageous to possess programming and scripting competencies
• Experience on public cloud environments, particularly AWS, is considered an advantage
• Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
