IT Procurement Manager
Area
As a Senior IT Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for both procurement of Software, Hardware & IT Services, sourcing projects from demand management side till the contract sign off. You will have an opportunity to be engaged in Danske Bank IT strategy execution by supporting business with cost optimization, compliance projects and category management.
You will be part of IT Procurement team in Lithuania, which is part of Strategic Sourcing Procurement. There are more than 20 IT Procurement professionals spread across Denmark, Lithuania, who are responsible for delivering end-to-end IT procurement services to the whole Danske Bank group.
N.B. the position requires to be able to work on-site in our Vilnius office.

Mission
- On daily basis engage with various stakeholders, identifying and understanding their requirements and demand, work with them on business case preparations
- Engage in procurement of IT solutions, SaaS, software, services with the focus on commercial competitiveness, risk management related to financial institutions and total cost of ownership
- Implement advanced sourcing activities (RFx, tender, etc.) in alignment with industry standards
- Work with outsourcing contracts according to EBA regulations
- Facilitate commercial and contractual negotiations in liaison with specialists across Legal, Compliance, Performance Management etc. to ensure compliance to business needs and Group policies
- Lead and identify continuous improvement/cost reductions on a regular and proactive basis (i.e. supplier rationalization, demand management, and other proactive opportunities)
- Present sourcing cases to management
Skills
- 3 – 5 years of experience in IT procurement or indirect procurement, solid understanding of procurement process and function
- Software, SaaS, PaaS, knowledge from commercial point of view, commercial savviness
- Advanced negotiation and contract drafting skills in IT area, knowledge of basic legal terms and contractual obligations
- Experience in stakeholder management; proactiveness
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills with stakeholders, vendors and senior management
- Experience in project and program management with preference for execution and delivery of results
- Experience in sourcing of IT hardware, telco categories as well as knowledge of outsourcing in financial sector is very beneficial
- Research and analytical skills
- Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3520 EUR to 5280 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Procurement Specialist, Chief.
