The Organizational Changes Team in Danske Bank consists of 4 professionals working from the Vilnius office.

Our main tasks include providing support to managers in the business who aim to perform small adjustments or large-scale changes to the Bank’s organizational structure. We also provide consultancy on how to best adjust the organization. In addition to that, the team is working with the business on a major employee engagement survey and other administrative tasks.

  • Hybrid work (3 days from Office and 2 days from home)

Mission

  • Support Employees or Managers with building the organizational structure according to their input
  • Participate in possible large-scale reorganization projects
  • Provide consultancy on best possible solutions for colleagues new to the process
  • Collaborate closely with various teams, both within the HR Services sphere and beyond, while implementing organizational changes
  • Provide support to colleagues across the business with preparation and reporting on Employee Engagement Survey

Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or administrative areas
  • Very good MS Office skills (for reporting and presenting purposes)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic Project management skills or interest in them
  • Experience or interest in project management
  • Advanced English skills, both oral and written
  • Being a transparent and enthusiastic member of the team is what will help you work well in this position

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1560 EUR to 2340 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
