About The Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to grow and develop our client portfolio in Lithuania. You will also be working closely with the team to help existing partners become more successful. If you want to have an impact on your market, possess a passion for wine and for good products, then, Sommelier Partners is the place for you!
Role Focus
- Drive External Growth: Identifying and targeting prospects in Lithuania. Managing the pipeline of new potential partners in a systematic way.
- Building New Relationships: Networking and building strategic relationships with identified partners. Negotiating partnerships and successfully onboarding new clients.
- Drive Organic Growth: Strengthening existing partnerships by being a trusted adviser to our partners.
- Data Driven: making business decisions based on data. Collecting market data and proposing actions.
- Campaign Management: partnering with team to run value adding actions.
Your Background
- 1+ year of experience in a relationship focused role: Sales, Account/Relationship Management.
- Building strong relationships come naturally to you.
- True hunter mentality – you are results driven.
- Self-starter and well-organized personality with interest in fine food and drinks.
