Task information:

• the bidding process – bids related to prospective contracts;
• preparation of the schedule for all stages of the construction process in cooperation with a team of trade specialists (also for D&B projects, i.e. from concept to occupancy permit);
• participation in preparing and conducting the tender process for the selection of the designer and monitoring of the design process;
• verification of the project documentation with regard to formal and technical correctness;
• participation in the preparation of project-related cost and revenue optimization;
• supervision of the construction process – control of the budget, completion dates and quality of the work carried out;
• participation in obtaining occupancy permits for the conducted construction projects;
• direct contact with the Investor.

Requirements:

• OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
• at least 5 years of experience in managing construction contracts;
• ability to work in a team and create a positive atmosphere at work;
• knowledge of the construction law and administrative processes, in particular obtaining construction and occupancy permits;
• negotiation skills;
• category B driver’s license (for purposes of domestic business travel);
• full construction license to manage construction works, without restrictions in the area of structural and civil engineering;
• command of English;
• advanced knowledge of MS Office programs;
• knowledge of MS Project and Autodesk AutoCAD.
