Task information:

• Verification of construction projects, analysis of technical documentation and bills of quantities, checking technical documentation for completeness.
• Preparation of bills of quantity, quotations and cost estimates on the basis of the received project documentation and its analysis.
• Obtaining and analysing offers from suppliers.
• Cooperation with other support departments of the company in order to efficiently prepare quotations.
• Comprehensive preparation of a quotation for the assigned scope of work.
• Ability to seek out alternative solutions.
• Optimisation of the adopted solutions.
• Participation in negotiations with tenderers with the support of the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience as a construction cost estimator.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry.
• Ability to read and analyze project documentation.
• Ambition and focus on personal development.
• A responsible approach to professional duties.
• Ability to build good business relations.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel), AutoCAD, or ZWCAD.
• Very good workload management skills.
• Creativity and willingness to expand your knowledge.
