Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Engineering Change Order Engineer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

  • IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • enhance mass production throughput by implementing changes in products and production processes
  • manage product change control utilizing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process
  • communicate with various departments and clients regarding production matters, fostering collaboration and facilitating problem-solving
  • ensure seamless production operations by overseeing changes in production documentation and preparing necessary production files
  • research and apply production innovations to optimize manufacturing processes
  • WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

  • hold a higher education degree in manufacturing engineering, electronics or a related field (or student)
  • possess English language skills at a B2 level or higher
  • have engineering work experience in manufacturing (manufacturing automation would be advantageous)
  • acquired knowledge of best practices in manufacturing (Lean, 6sigma, manufacturing standards, etc. - would be advantageous)
  • demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data collected throughout manufacturing processes to identify and address bottlenecks effectively

    Salary:

    We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractivesalary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1850 Eur – 2690 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

    * In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
