Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Engineering Change Order Engineer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

enhance mass production throughput by implementing changes in products and production processes

manage product change control utilizing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process

communicate with various departments and clients regarding production matters, fostering collaboration and facilitating problem-solving

ensure seamless production operations by overseeing changes in production documentation and preparing necessary production files

research and apply production innovations to optimize manufacturing processes

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

hold a higher education degree in manufacturing engineering, electronics or a related field (or student)

possess English language skills at a B2 level or higher

have engineering work experience in manufacturing (manufacturing automation would be advantageous)

acquired knowledge of best practices in manufacturing (Lean, 6sigma, manufacturing standards, etc. - would be advantageous)

demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data collected throughout manufacturing processes to identify and address bottlenecks effectively

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1850 Eur – 2690 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
