We are currently expanding team and looking for IT Security Manager who will be responsible for our product and product infrastructure security. Your daily job is to oversee the security of ongoing projects, communicate with Product Owners and Technical Leads, proactively identify, assess and address any security risks within our products. You are expected to ensure that all aspects of IT security are integrated into project planning and execution, maintaining constant vigilance against potential vulnerabilities. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, and ensure the timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities
- Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to all employees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and cybersecurity-related issues, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and proactively implement new technologies and processes to mitigate risks
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, minimizing damage and ensuring business continuity

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
- Proven record of ownership in IT security area
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions

OUR OFFER
Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3340 Eur – ~5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise..
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
