We are proud of being a group of companies working on made-in-Lithuania products and are currently looking for a Power Module Assembly Process Engineer who will be responsible for planning power module assembly and testing facility. You will collaborate with technology providers and partners/vendors to plan all manufacturing aspects, from process flow to final production line.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: 

    • Deeply analyse the competitive landscape - roadmaps, specifications of competing power modules assembly and testing technologies
    • Identify innovative technologies and driving design strategies for performance and manufacturability of power modules
    • Specify technical requirements for assembly and testing technologies with market needs and future insight
    • Plan in detail process flows for power module assembly, metrology and inspection, module parameter testing
    • Plan in detail fabrication equipment, layout and automation
    • Plan in detail materials and utilities for fabrication
    • Collaborate with colleagues in order to plan detailed cleanroom and overall building floor plan
    • Cooperate with technology providers and vendors to implement power module assembly and testing technologies for high-volume manufacturing
    • This role may require additional duties and/or tasks, assigned by management

    WE BELIEVE THAT YOU: 

    • Have experience in planning production process flow, material flows, capacity, production line and necessary infrastructure, preferably in power module assembly
    • Have expertise in power module assembly methodologies, process, equipment, package standards, package failure mechanisms and causes
    • Have experience in determining efficient utilization of equipment and personnel with respect to quality, yield and cost
    • Have experience in using CAD tools: AutoCAD or similar
    • Have strong attention to detail and planning abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Have technical project management experience - driving execution and solving problems

    Salary:   

    We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from  25,00Eur/h up to 40,00Eur/h (~4170Eur –6670Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise. 

    *In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
