Business Analyst
I am Donata Ambrasaitė and I am leading Business Transformation Delivery Team. Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to effective delivery in one of the strategic Business Transformation Projects.
Your next challenge?
You'll be playing one of the key roles in implementing strategic projects and bringing business Vision to real life together with us.
- Taking responsibility for elicitating, analyzing, evaluating and documenting business needs for assigned business value stream
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Performing requirements analysis, drawing charts, flows
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Working closely with Product Owner and various business and IT stakeholders
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Participating in acceptance of delivered solution

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze business requirements with attention to details and accuracy
- Able to handle a lot of different tasks with a positive & curious mindset towards any challenges
- Able to work in a team with a diverse groups of colleagues and managers
- Pro-active with ability to self-organize work
- A solid sense of ownership and quality oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
- Looking to Big picture and noticing details
Your experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis or process improvement management
- Familiar with knowledge and requirements management tools as Jira / Confluence / Cameo or similar
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Agile practices would be an advantage
- Experience in Management Consulting would be an advantage

Working in this position you will receive monthly base salary in the range of 2800 – 3900 EUR (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
