Delivery lead

I’m Dalia Jasiniauskiene, Head of Generative AI and Platforms team and looking for team members who are eager to join our fast-growing unit. We are expanding our team in Telia Global Services Lithuania which consists of cloud, on-prem and generative AI developers. 

Do you have Delivery lead experience and interested to help us improve our capabilities within our teams at Telia Company?  

Your next challenge? 

At Telia Company you will be integrated into our delivery teams and be responsible for delivering cloud platforms and Gen AI development. You will work with an agile development team to create business value using modern cloud solutions and make Telia Company more customer centric. You will help us uphold and improve agile practices, ways of working and ensure delivery on time.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Ensure on time/scope/cost delivery
• Eliminate impediments
• Align delivery dependencies between different delivery teams
• Inspire the teams to have relentless improvements
• Visualize the team's capacity, its progress and the value it creates
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, preparation and readiness for ART events

Who are you?

• Process and result oriented.

Your experience and skills:

• Experience working as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or in a similar role related to ensuring the performance and delivery of an IT team
• Experience in implementing software development lifecycle
• Experience in slicing features into small deliverables and building release plans
• Advanced user level skills of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)/ or similar
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)
• Scrum Master skills or SAFe/PMP/Prince2 or similar certification (advantage)
• Nice to have- experience with AI and/or Analytics product/project delivery
• Nice to have- experience with Platform product/project delivery

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 4085 Eur (gross) to 6128 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
