KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation, development, maintenance and support of the Document Management System (DMS).
Planning, management and administration of the implementation process
Management of the implementation project team, maintaining communication between team members and ensuring adherence to project deadlines
Analysis of DVS development needs, cooperation with company departments, collection of their development needs and initiation and implementation of changes
Initiating changes to optimize processes and increase efficiency
Prioritization of project needs taking into account the importance of the ongoing changes to the business
Incident and user feedback management
Preparation of project documentation
User training and consulting, communication of changes

REQUIREMENTS

Higher Education
2-3+ years working with DVS or similar systems
Experience in process modeling (Business Process Management Notation)
Experience working with IT systems implementation teams in implementing IT systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication, argumentation and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in implementing document management systems would be a strong advantage
Knowledge of English
