We are on the quest for an inspiring leader to take the helm of our Service Operations team. This individual will be responsible for leading a talented group of professionals, including Service Operations Specialists, Service Owners, and Service Managers.

As the Service Operations Manager at Telia, you will be the cornerstone of leadership for your direct reports, ensuring that day-to-day operations are executed flawlessly. You will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end service management while adhering to OLAs and SLAs.
  • Foster an environment aligned with Telia's Leadership Framework, focusing on customer-centricity, collaboration, and empowering our people.
  • Be accountable for setting vision, goals, and targets for your team with related KPIs.
  • Proactively manage risks affecting services including funding and staffing.
  • Drive structural changes within the service domain while ensuring compliance with security requirements.
  • Empower your team through effective mentorship while promoting continuous improvement in service operations.

Our ideal candidate is not only experienced but also passionate about leading teams to new heights. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Deep knowledge in service management principles such as ITIL frameworks along with relevant certifications.
  • Experience in managing service operations related to service fulfillment and partner support.
  • Capability to implement PQR/CQR reporting and SLC processes effectively.
  • A proven track record as a line manager following leadership frameworks like those outlined by Telia.
  • Subject matter expertise in areas related to hardware operations, logistics flows or financial leasing processes.
  • Your keen attention to detail will be critical in avoiding costly errors and ensuring that every order aligns with product offerings and customer eligibility.
  • Your proactive approach will safeguard against non-compliance issues, guaranteeing that Telia continues to uphold its reputation for reliability and integrity in all customer transactions.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3 948 Eur (gross) to 5 922 Eur  (gross) per month plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
