Task information:

Main duties:

  • Contact prospective clients (internal T-CRM base) by phone and promote material handling product solutions and services;
  • Team player, closely work with Field Account Sales and other departments to convert leads in sales;
  • Manage and report on your sales pipeline in CRM where you owe the full sales cycle from qualification till purchase confirmation;
  • Achieve project KPIs and sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years B2b sales experience;
  • Native-level speaker of Lithuanian;
  • Advanced user knowledge of Windows environment;
  • Developed negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills;
  • Eager, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit;
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
