Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Chief of East Europe Sales Group to join our growing East Europe team in Vilnius, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Lead, coach and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Energy
  • Create and implement sales strategy for the dedicated region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, Israel, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey)
  • Analyse all sales activities, support, and develop the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization
  • Recruit sales team and participate in the selection process
  • Organize and conduct training for local sales teams
  • Prospect and engage prospective buyers through cold-calling, email, and social media
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Coordinate technical inquiries

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
  • Very good English (both oral and written) - this will be the primary working language
  • At least 3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a track record of success
  • At least 2 years of team management and leadership experience (5-7 people)
  • Leadership skills, growth and problem-solving oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently
  • Results focused personality and a track-record that reflects it

IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:
  • Previous work experience selling EV charger stations products

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~3020 Eur – 4130 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
