Customer and Sales Support Specialist

Task information:

• Sales Operations Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative and operational assistance, including document preparation, order processing, and customer communication.
• Public Tenders Support: Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of public tenders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Customer Interaction: Support sales activities by providing necessary documentation, managing translations of local-language documents, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all documentation related to tenders and sales processes complies with industry regulations and company policies.
• Purchase Order (PO) Creation: Generate and process purchase orders to ensure the timely procurement of goods and services.

Requirements:

• Highly detail-oriented and thorough person with strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience in sales support, customer support, logistics support, or a similar specialist/assistant role, preferably gained in an international company.
• Experience with public tenders and sales compliance is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in spoken and written English.
• Advanced computer skills, with experience in SAP preferred.
