In this position, you'll take your analytical abilities to new heights by being responsible for creating and managing effective schedules, call volume preparation, average handling time, absenteeism and staffing forecasts. You will play a key role in ensuring schedules align with forecasts, business needs, local labour laws and other important factors. You'll also manage user administration and be the go-to for adding new agents to databases and systems.
