Task information:

  • Manage documents (service contracts, bills, employee documentation, etc.)
  • Make sure that office operates smoothly
  • Coordinate office activities and some reception duties
  • Assist with the implementation and compliance of Health & Safety and security measures
  • Maintain office standards by tracking, ordering, restocking, and coordinating office maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee personal information
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to quickly find the goods of best price and quality for the company
  • Relevant experience or good knowledge of Labor Law would be considered as an advantage
