Job description:
  • Ensure that operations of the company would be in line with all the requirements set by the Bank of Lithuania
  • Leading payments processes across the payment operations team, taking full responsibility for the day to day financial duties of the team
  • Evaluate and improve operations performance

  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, MBA, and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in the financial institution
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • In depth working knowledge in payments, cross-border transactions, exchange, banking, financial regulations. Experience of building, nurturing and managing PSP partnerships is essential.Fluent English both in speaking and writing
  • Ability to maintain and encourage open and honest business relationships within the unit
  • Ability to develop new policies and procedures in response to, and in anticipation of, changes in the business and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in working in a fast - paced business environment
  • Extensive market knowledge and ability to share best practices
  • Being mindful of cultural differences across a diverse organization
  • A self-starter, who is resilient, innovative and open to change
