Senior Master Data Specialist
Task information:
- Create and maintain the master data objects in accordance to agreed SLA’s;
- Manage Inventory valuation - When price and/or MBE change, our inventory value is affected. Reconciliation and control of change in inventory value. Develop a basis for invoicing or crediting. Finance executes invoice/credit
- Register new articles in webshop
- Review that the information given in the request is according standards and suppliers requirement for identification;
- Enrichment of data according information from suppliers’ databases;
- Additional info requests for materials that does not meet standards;
- Escalate data governance issues to the data manager and global data governance lead as required;
- Carry out harmonization, replacement and duplicate reduction processes;
- Ensure compliance of material descriptions with defined templates and patterns;
- Continuance of services in times of (un)expected unavailability;
- Escalate data governance issues.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of work experience with Master Data/AR or similar discipline
- Fluent in Danish (Level B2 and above)
- Fluent English (level B1-B2 and above)
- Proficient Excel user: average level is mandatory, advanced level is a plus;
- Analytical skills
- IT literate (IFS, MS Office, etc.) or quick learner;
- Ability to work with multiple IT systems and within the multicultural environment; ability to handle data requests from different areas;
- Good understanding of technical items, documents and drawings;
- Ability to support, guide and coach junior colleagues
- Strong process and internal customer orientation, strong attention for details;
- Ability to carry out complex and critical work that has a direct impact on operations.
