Better requires process discipline and simplification
As a Senior Specialist in HRKC, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day HR operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, benefit administration, absences, and payroll, in the respective countries. You will support HR Specialists with resolving complex technical and functional issues and collaborate with various stakeholders to determine solutions. You will be expected to identify and implement process improvements that lead to operational excellence as well as actively contribute to global projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating the periodical review of documentation related to HRKC processes and controls.

For such a pivotal role, we expect you to have an extensive HR administration experience with a proven track record of working with process improvements. You will demonstrate excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You always put the customer at the heart of what you do, and you find it easy to communicate with all levels of the organization. You are proficient in MS Office programs (especially, Excel) and can easily learn and adapt to new IT systems. Independence, proactiveness, initiative, and drive for continuous improvement will help you to succeed in this job. Fluency in English is essential while additional language skills (German, Spanish, Italian) would be considered as an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: 17,248 – 30,544 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include short term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
