We are seeking for a dedicated Service Delivery Specialist to join our Data Protection Support team. This role is critical in ensuring our services comply with GDPR standards. If you have a passion for privacy laws and regulations and a knack for delivering outstanding client service, we want you on our team!
Mission
- Assist in implementing and maintaining GDPR compliance processes and procedures
- Monitor daily data subject requests
- Oversee and manage the handling of personal data in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Communicate with different stakeholders within the bank and work closely with Legal and Compliance departments
- Collaborate closely with other teams in the bank
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement projects and automation of processes
- Continuously learn from other team members and ensure knowledge sharing
Skills
- Work experience in the back office function
- Strong understanding of GDPR data subject rights articles is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written – all work communication is in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Nordic language skills are beneficial but not required

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
