Transaction Review Analyst - French

Task information:

• Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Review of transactions in real-time;
• Receive and make calls from/to customers in order to interview them;
• Review of customer activity and comply with internal AML/CTF policies;
• Perform customer due diligence;
• Review of customer activity ensuring that transactions carried out comply with internal AML/ATF policies;
• Keep our customers up to date on all RIA compliance rules and regulations;
• Reporting unusual/suspicious activity to Compliance Officer;
• Excellent Oral and written communications skills in French, English.
• Ability to work in team;
• Multitasking and organizing skills;
• Oriented to meet rigorously the current legislations;
• Analytical and having good attention to details.

Requirements:

• Your qualifications
• Proficient with MS Office
• Excellent Oral and written communications skills in: French /English
• Ability to work in teams
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and independent decision making
• Education or equivalent experience
• Work experience in any Operations Department is a plus.
• Experience/knowledge of compliance issues in a financial institution is an advantage
