Job description:
- Cooperate and communicate with the sales team regarding customers’ credit situations.
- Analyze customers’ financial situations.
- Manage customer insurance, bank guarantees, and credit limits, and follow up as needed.
- Monitor customers’ debts.
- Monitor customers’ credit limit utilization and inform about prepayments.
- Send reminders to customers regarding debts.
- Manage doubtful and bad debts and oversee collection processes.
- Perform additional tasks related to credit and finance as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
