Senior UX/UI Designer

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the creation and design of B2B/B2C products used and loved by millions worldwide;
  • Define the strategy and OKRs for the Design team;
  • Grow together with a unique industry-leading company;
  • Produce prototypes and test functionalities;
  • Enhance and improve existing designs;
  • Gather, analyse, and act on user feedback;
  • Work closely with Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams;
  • Champion constant growth within our team by sharing your expertise and creative thinking.

  • What We Expect:
  • 4+ years of work experience as a product designer (team lead experience is a strong benefit);
  • Deep understanding of UX design, composition, semiotics, typography, and layout principles;
  • Knowledge and extensive practice of current digital design trends and conventions;
  • Fluency in Figma and other vector graphic tools that allow you to unleash your creative powers;
  • Ability to explain design concepts and reasoning to the team;
  • Experience with OKR/KPI-based performance tracking.

  • Gross salary 2975 - 5600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
