CONSTRUCTION SITE PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

 Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Ensure that renewable energy projects scope, schedule, budget performance, quality requirements and safety requirements are met
• Supervise owners engineers and technical supervision services
• Collaborate with project stakeholders such as owners, utilities, landowners, municipalities, developers, consultants, contractors, and other project partners
• Assess cost performance for the projects and take corrective actions to meet plan objectives
• Provide constructability reviews including risk analysis, suggestions, and input to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor safety meetings, inspect the site for unsafe conditions and practice and take appropriate corrective action to correct all observed problems
• Ensure that inspection and testing during assembly and commissioning are conducted, checked, approved and documented as prescribed in the field quality plans
• Support the development of project execution plans, costs estimating, constructability reviews, scheduling, and requests for proposals.

We expect that You:

• Have higher education in engineering field
• Have minimum 5 years of site management experience in large scale renewable projects
• Have advanced knowledge of contracts, plans, schedules, specifications, codes, design/build contracts, and construction means and methods
• Have understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
• Have knowledge of project controls concepts, practices, and procedures, specifically project schedules, work breakdown structure, and budgets
• Are able to work independently and make independent decisions
• Have ability to work on fast paced complex projects.

Salary range for this position group is 3316 to 4975 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
