Data & Analytics is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team, with a significant mandate and support.

Our international team in the Data & Analytics function works with each of the businesses to enable adoption of data and utilize analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients.

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and prioritize customer preferences, then support the squad to deliver associated value. You will report to the Tribe Lead.

Your workplace will be in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Mission

• Represent customers and maximize value creation for them within the constraints of business strategy and regulatory requirements
• Align on the Squad’s mission and deliverables with the Tribe Lead, customers and other stakeholders
• Define Sprint Goals and ensure the items from the Product Backlog into the Sprint are well defined and understood by the Squad
• Adapt Product Backlog in case of customer feedback and impediments
• Deliver and support the Sprint forecast as part of the Squad
• Create a conductive and collaborative environment within the Squad
• Commit to the bank’s strategy through seeking greater collaboration and breaking down of silos

Skills

• Solid stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation
• Familiarity with technology and general understanding of how infrastructure works
• A collaborator by heart – we are one team!
• A genuine curious mind and enthusiasm for your subject matter and interest in technology
• Solution-oriented and great decision-maker with the ability to take ownership
• Enjoying complexity with the ability to make complex matters simple
• Previous experience working as a Product Owner (would be a plus)
• Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Product Owner).
