We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Business Systems Management division of the ESO, where you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient organization of IT operations within the company and providing IT-related consultations to colleagues.. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

• Ensuring the provision of necessary and appropriately scoped IT services to users
• Planning and controlling the IT services budget, ensuring detailed IT financial control, including costs (Opex) and investments (Capex)
• Providing expert opinion and consulting departments on IT processes and non-standard IT issues, solving systemic and "orphaned" IT problems
• Monitoring and analyzing IT quality indicators and dynamics, providing information to managers, and organizing corrective actions
• Managing IT service contracts with the Group's service center and, as needed, with external suppliers
• Closely collaborating with the digital security team to assess IT risks and implement IT risk mitigation measures
• Actively engaging in Ignitis Group's IT activities, representing the company's interests in the Group's IT activities

Required for this position:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the IT field
• Practical experience in IT service management, IT project management, or IT department leadership
• Extensive knowledge of IT technologies, including IT infrastructure, IS development, IT support, and Cloud services
• A strong understanding of the company’s financial perspective (costs, investments, budget planning and control) and the practical application of this knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and align interests with employees at all levels, both business and IT personnel
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level (B2 or better)
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills
• Proactive behavior, result-oriented
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information, summarize conclusions, and provide recommendations

Salary range for this position group is 4003 to 6004 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
