
SUSTAINABILITY/ESG REPORTING PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D)

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the Group’s sustainability/ESG reporting strategy in line with global frameworks and industry standards;
- Lead the preparation of engaging sustainability/ESG reports, including information gathering, content development and refining before publication;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ESG data collection and assurance processes for timely delivery;
- Manage and respond to key ESG ratings, rankings, surveys, and other requests.
- Conduct benchmarking and peer analysis for ESG performance and reporting evaluation;
- Contribute to high-quality management presentations and disclosures;
- Support sustainability communication efforts, including web and social media;
- Stay updated on emerging ESG reporting trends and provide training to internal stakeholders.
We expect that You:
- Have a higher education matching the nature of this position;
- Have at least 2 years of similar work experience (sustainability, reporting, or related fields);
- Are familiar with ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., CSRD (ESRS), EU Taxonomy, GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs);
- Have knowledge about ESG rating agencies and their methodologies (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS, EcoVadis);
- In addition to being fluent in verbal and written English, you could also communicate flawlessly in Lithuanian;
- Know how to summarize a lot of information and have strong written and verbal communication skills to present it;
- Possess an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and strive to constantly improve your activities, looking for digitization, automation, and other solutions;
- Have excellent project management and organizational abilities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Salary range for this position group is 2652 to 3979 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
