Accounts Payable Accountant

We are Skaidrė, Seira and Sigita and we are leading Accounts Payable teams in Telia Global Services Lithuania. Currently we are looking for Accounts Payable Accountants.

Your next challenge?

We are looking for team members to join Accounts Payable team in TGSL. In order to excel in this team, you need to be a team-player interested in main accounting principles, have attention to details and have inspiration to drive and support improvements.

Accounts Payable function is responsible to ensure that invoices flow in the company is managed according to all rules and requirements. As a team, we strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our operation companies and other entities. As a Financial Shared Services department, we are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of highly skilled financial, accounting, sourcing and procurement professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.

The team you will be part of is responsible for:

• Working in the daily existing processes within Accounts Payable,
• Manage and support all activities within the Invoice to Pay process from invoice received to payment,
• Contribute to continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness,
• Responsible for related financial period end closing activities within the Accounts Payable area,
• Engage in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
   

Who are you?

• +1 years of experience within Finance business support, preferable from an international company,
• University degree in Business Administration or similar education or experience,
• Fluent in English, written and spoken,
• Good knowledge in Excel.
   

Your personality:

• Good communication and cooperation skills,
• Service minded and customer focused,
• Strong self-leadership and sense of responsibility,
• Proactive problem solver.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1250-1600 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
