Would you like to become part of the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Review Tribe’s Validation Squad, where we aim to improve our regulatory data foundation and enable an automated case assessment and review?
Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. If you are interested in fighting financial crime with modern, highly automated processes, then the AML Review Tribe is the place to be.
You will be a part of the Validation squad – in the center of action, communicating with multiple stakeholders, aligning and creating new validation rules for new and already existing customers’ segments. The Squad works as a hybrid team in Denmark, Lithuania and Poland, so we are used to working digitally.
You will also join the Business Analyst Chapter within the AML Review Tribe. The Chapter Lead will be your HR manager, supporting and mentoring you to ensure your personal and professional growth.
Mission
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers to implement solutions for automated validation in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) processes
- Analyse, challenge and write business and technical requirements
- Be responsible for ensuring high solution quality via testing activities and incident management
- Actively participate in agile events and chapter knowledge sessions
Skills
- You take ownership of tasks and projects, showing initiative to address challenges
- You know how to analyze data to identify potential improvement and extract meaningful insights
- You have excellent prioritization and communication skills
- You use structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to business problem solving
- Knowledge or interesting in working with AML, KYC or related areas would be a benefit
- Upper-intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Associate.
