Business Analyst in Behavioral Modelling Team



The Group Finance function is overall responsible for managing the bank’s liquidity and mitigating its risk. By joining Group Finance you will get very good insights into how a bank is run because Group Finance sits within the heart of the bank with significant focus on this area both from senior management and from regulators.

As a Business Analyst in Behavioral Modelling team you will be responsible for collecting, visualizing and analysing customer behavior in a macroeconomic context, discovering insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic and visualization techniques. You will be working together with data scientists who are responsible for building innovative customer behavior models.

Working in the Behavioral Modelling team will offer you experience of working on a fast-paced and highly visible projects that have significant business impact. The job will challenge your analytical skills and abilities to balance IT and business requirements. In addition, the right candidate should have a good understanding of data models and be able to transform insights from exploratory data analysis into actionable recommendations for improvements.

You will be working in a Behavioral Modelling team with colleagues in Vilnius and Denmark. Your main workplace will be located in Vilnius office.

  • Develop, plan and execute analytical projects as an individual contributor and in teams
  • Perform data-mining and hypothesis generation in support of business goals
  • Collaborate with product owners, end users, developers, and other stakeholders to implement data discoveries and processes into already existing infrastructure
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the wide range domains in payments and liquidity


  • Quantitative background – Degree in analytical field (e.g. econometrics, statistics, computer science, physics)
  • Work experience as a Business or Data Analyst
  • Understanding of software design principles and development skills using Python or R
  • Working knowledge of Relational Data Base Systems and SQL
  • Helpfulness and willingness to work in a global team
  • Ability to feel comfortable in flexible environment and deal with uncertainty
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
