Business Analyst in FCP Operations BI and Analytics

The department consists of three analytic teams: Financial Crime Prevention Operations, Large Corporates and Institutions, and Planning.
FCP Operations BI and Analytics team consists of thirteen friendly, result-oriented members located in Vilnius who share responsibilities in Banking (Legal Entities, Natural Persons, Private Wealth Management), Screening (Transaction and Customer), and Transaction Monitoring areas.
As a Business Analyst, you will participate in planning, collecting, and defining requirements for various reports and tools across the entire FCP organisation. It is expected that you are enthusiastic about data analytics and willing to collaborate with the team.
Depending on your knowledge and qualifications, you may be offered different seniority of the role.
Mission
- Engage with different stakeholders in the business to define functional requirements and data needs
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and explain technical challenges in business language
- Create sketches and mock-ups for reports, dashboards, and other tools
- Create, update, and maintain documentation
- Perform quality assurance on developed features
Skills
- Analytical thinker, who ideally has 1+ years of experience in requirements engineering and data or model development
- Willing to see the bigger picture and understand the actual underlying business problems and needs
- Experienced with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Great collaboration skills to come up with the right solutions together with our business partners
- Self-driven, able to identify problems, and willing to support the team
- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both oral and written

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
