Business Analyst in Welcoming and Orchestration Tribe

Are you a product person with experience in the financial industry, and do you thrive at the intersection between IT and business? Danske Bank’s Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe is looking for a new tribe member to take on the role as Business Analyst.

We have an open position as a Business Analyst in our Partnership Squad, a team dedicated to building and running software applications and IT services that support Danske Bank’s large commercial partnerships, e.g., union partnerships and product partnerships.

How we work
In Danske Bank’s tech organization, we are greatly influenced by the Spotify model, which, among other things, means that you will be working in an agile matrix organization and join both a chapter of other skilled Business Analysts as well as a cross-functional and autonomous squad. For this position, you will be anchored in the Partnership Squad, but we naturally consider career development across squads and tribes.

Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Outgoing, convincing, creative, and pragmatic
• Able to define and prioritize their own tasks
• Commercial understanding
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2680 EUR to 4020 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
