The Digital Transformation Team oversees the implementation of the GC Strategy (Digital Intelligence), leads the Compliance Cluster in the Risk & Compliance Tribe, reviews and updates the GC process landscape (including new processes), and implements Data Governance in Group Compliance.
The Digital Transformation is leading the journey in Group Compliance to enable the organisation to become more efficient and automated, using the process and data landscape as the foundation.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
Mission
- Support larger initiatives and independently drive smaller activities to develop and implement Generative AI and automation solutions, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality across the value chain
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in driving the “Change Leadership” agenda by creating awareness and promoting Generative AI and other advanced technologies
- Curate knowledge around technology, effectively sharing it with others, and coordinate contributions to various Generative AI enablement activities such as training, sessions, workshops, hackathons, and keynote speaking
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other business units to collect data and create impactful insights and visualizations concerning technology adoption
- Prepare and support the creation of presentations for knowledge sharing, reporting, and showcasing the progress of technology adoption in Group Compliance
- Assist in designing and executing user Generative AI testing to ensure AI solutions meet compliance requirements
- Participate and collaborate with Group Compliance stakeholders on Generative AI governance
- Engage in brainstorming and analysing potential Generative AI and other tech-related proof of concepts (PoC) and use cases
Skills
- 3+ Years of Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence
- Exhibit proficient understanding and experience in working with advanced technology adoption, such as Generative AI; basic knowledge of public cloud is beneficial
- Demonstrate skill in stakeholder management and effective communication, with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player and show understanding in interactions
- Experience with Microsoft Office and the M365 suite would be beneficial
- Possess basic knowledge and experience in the compliance field, which would be beneficial
- Demonstrate flexibility in learning, and contributing to the evolving landscape of technology and technology adoption
- Be self-driven, capable of working independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning. Advanced English skills, both written and spoken is required

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business Intelligence.
