
Business Manager in Data and Analytics
Area
Our team is the Data & Analytics function for Danske Bank working with each of the businesses to accelerate the adoption of data and utilize analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients.
This role is part of Data Strategy & Transformation, Strategy, Execution & Business Management team within Technology & Services (T&S), Data & Analytics function, which supports a Chief Data Officer (CDO) and the area.
Strategic insights, empowerment for responsibility, and a large network will be some of the key aspects influencing your role. As a Business Manager, you will work closely with the Leadership team and act as a trusted partner, supporting sound and data-driven decision making. You have an overview of deadlines, strategic objectives, and HR-related accountabilities with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within Data & Analytics and stakeholders outside.

Mission
- Understand and manage the Data & Analytics specific units’ financial situation (staff cost and non-personal cost from e.g., vendor contracts) and take ownership of financial planning and analysis
- Collaborate with team members on strategic planning processes on behalf the Data & Analytics (Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Assist in all yearly HR cycle processes to monitor target capacity pipeline and tracking both on vacancies and headcounts
- Ensure a structure administrative foundation
- Improve the way you work in the Strategy & Transformation, Strategy, Execution & Business Management team with your colleagues across Data & Analytics

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4320 EUR to 6480 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Chief.
