We need a Chief Chapter Lead with a strong skillset as Business Analyst The Data Platform Tribe in Danske Bank is providing the best structured data framework, which empowers the organization to derive rich analytical insights through reliable single sources of truth and standard tooling and technologies. Building a new Data Management solution is a central part of this journey.

What you can expect

The Data Platform Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. As a Chapter Lead, you will be working in a squad as a business and functional specialist (BFS) and taking on HR responsibility for other BFSs and data engineers working on IT solutions across the Tribe.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

Mission

• Be the HR manager for other skilled business and functional specialists (business intelligence/data analysts) and Data engineers and support their growth on a professional and personal level
• Take part in developing and embedding best data analysis and engineering practices
• Apply your technical expertise to complex and challenging domains
• Have a central role in designing and building solutions to support our Data Governance journey
• Engage with different stakeholders in the business to define functional requirements and data needs
• Propose and write epics and User stories to capture requirements and translate them into development tasks
• Work closely together with the Tribe Leadership (Tribe Lead, Tribe Coach and IT Lead), Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop, and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated team members with an innovative team spirit

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Chapter Lead).
