You will become part of a team, which is responsible for a number of Danske Bank’s internal payment solutions to support banking professionals who interact with customers.

As part of Danske Bank’s agile setup, we are International & Future Payments squad in Everyday Banking Individual Tribe consisting of squad members across Denmark, Lithuania and India. We believe that competence, trust, transparency and collaboration are essential and rooted in our core values.

Mission

• Own the analysis phase, where you will conduct use case and process analysis of our existing Teller System usage and propose how we can replace it with a more modern system and processes (Teller System is used for transfer, cash handling and cheques)
• Based on above analysis you will create functional and non-functional requirements towards the squad as well as a roadmap for further development
• Facilitate meetings and workshops across involved parties and drive goal-oriented discussions in a constructive way
• Support the Product Owner in executing the road-map for internal payment solutions towards 2028 as a part of the Bank’s strategy
• Work closely with other squad members in an agile framework (developers, business analysts, etc.)
• Maintain an overview of compliance issues and risks, and escalate roadblocks to Product Owner
• Prepare roll-out plan (eg. Communication, training, SOPs etc.) and drive the changes
• Conduct assessments (e.g. risk)

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with internal payment solutions in Banking
• A proven track record working as a business analyst or project manager
• Possess a solid analytical and structured working approach
• Able to handle many different tasks at the same time
• You have a proactive and positive mindset and are not afraid to fail
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to transform complex material in a straightforward and understandable way
• We expect you to take clear ownership of your tasks and drive them forward in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Advanced written and spoken English
• It is a plus if you have experience with Agile and Scrum practices

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4320 EUR to 6480 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Chief.
