Our team

Our team is the Data & Analytics function for Danske Bank, working with each of the businesses to accelerate the adoption of data and utilize analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients. The Data & Analytics team consists of Data Management, Data Platform, Data Transformation, Analytics Center of Excellence, Data Program Delivery, Business Intelligence, and Data Governance.

Data & analytics are one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT), with significant mandate and support.

Mission

• Deliver a range of complex transformation and change projects from project start up through closure via agile project management
• Deliver change through established methodologies and processes (e.g. scoping, planning, process optimization, design, governance, reporting, and implementation)
• Drive engagement and buy-in for change across the business and functions
• Use appropriate and repeatable processes and technology solutions to support high-quality, efficient outcomes
• Provide strategic direction and development coaching to more junior colleagues

Skills

• Skills and understanding in managing large, complex delivery programs or a portfolio of programs as a technical delivery manager
• Experience in supporting a team of permanent and managed service team members in multiple locations and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience in multiple software development lifecycle methodologies, especially Agile and waterfall
• Experience managing large projects delivered primarily through external suppliers or developers
• Experience in managed service delivery and the associated operational challenges, risks, best practices, and ways of working.
• Great communication skills and the ability to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders
• Advanced English skills, verbal and written

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Project Manager, Chief.
