The Digital Transformation Team oversees the implementation of the GC Strategy (Digital Intelligence), leads the Compliance Cluster in the Risk Tribe, reviews and updates the GC process landscape (including new processes), and implements Data Governance in Group Compliance.

Mission

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems across the entire Risk and Compliance organization, covering various business areas and processes
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
• Assist in the design and execution of user acceptance testing to ensure the final product meets the business requirements
• Participate in the continuous development of the AI integration approach, enhancing business operations and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with technology and various business units to comprehend technological solutions and services, identify compliance risks and processes, and provide compliance oversight
• Engage in activities related to emerging technologies, such as the adoption of Generative AI within Group Compliance. This includes organising and participating in group-wide sessions, workshops, hackathons, and the development of proofs of concept
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, presentations, and collaboration on technology upskilling and adoption initiatives

Skills

• Preferable experience in compliance field, but not required knowledge in Generative AI, artificial intelligence, and quality assurance
• Understanding and experience in IT development, IT infrastructure, and data management is advantageous
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and able to work individually while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A solid analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
• Technical skills, including an understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation), basic knowledge of Python, and familiarity with testing frameworks, to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional Generative AI development teams and Group Compliance teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning
• Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer – Compliance.
