Task information:

• Help create and implement the company's regulatory and compliance risk management strategy.
• Evaluate and oversee retail network compliance governance structures, processes, and controls.
• Monitor compliance with GDPR, competition law, sanctions and anti-money laundering laws, Lithuanian and EU regulations, and follow-up on actions to be implemented.
• Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate policy implementation and effective risk management;
• Manage various compliance projects  across the network in collaboration with colleagues.
• Provide advice and information regarding the legal requirements and standards applicable to the industry.
• Respond to daily compliance enquiries, and design and update internal legal papers, rules, and processes to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about current regulatory standards and apply them to our business.
• Take the initiative to prioritize compliance culture through effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role, preferably in the legal/electronic money/payment processing sector;
• Legal full-time resident in Lithuania for the purposes of employment;
• Experience in Customer Onboarding ;
• ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent certificate in AML/CTF compliance – is an advantage;
• Higher education;
• Good English language skills.
