CRM Analyst in Portfolio Management
Area
We are seeking a CRM Analyst to join our team. You will be part of CRM Analytics, which includes 9 CRM Analysts. This team is responsible for 1:1 sales and marketing execution and the ongoing improvement of all commercial activities.

We are looking for a highly competent and dedicated candidate with expertise in CRM to deliver top-tier CRM analytics. The team is located in both Lithuania and Denmark, so you should expect a few business travel days per year.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
Mission
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns for Danske Bank DK customers
- Conduct customer-related analysis to ensure communication with the right customers, using the right messages at the right time
- Work with our marketing automation tools, SAS 360 and SAS Enterprise Guide
Skills
- Experience with CRM analysis
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, reporting to management, and driving change
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience in setting up communication flows
- Analytical skillset, a mathematical mindset and eagerness to learn
- Experience with SAS or SQL programming
- A drive to succeed but are not afraid of failing
- A degree in a relevant field preferably from a university
- Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business.
